Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that personalised or bespoke items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be cancelled once your order has been placed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

We truly hope you love your order. However, if you are not entirely happy or wish to return an item, please email us to start your return.
Please include your order number, name, email address used at checkout, and a brief explanation of the reason for your return, exchange, or refund request.

If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is outside the United Kingdom, shipping times for returns may vary.

Digital Products

All digital downloads, printables, and other digital files are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased.
As these products are delivered electronically, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations after the files have been downloaded or emailed.

If you experience any issue accessing your digital purchase, please contact us , and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Bespoke or personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Please reach out if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your unwanted item. Once your return is approved and processed, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • We refund only the product price; return postage costs are not covered by us.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.

Cancellations

If you made a mistake or wish to cancel your order, please email as soon as possible.
We can cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Please provide your order number and full name so we can process your cancellation promptly.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return under our standard return policy (excluding digital or bespoke items).
